All Metalicious jewelry is made to withstand normal wear and is guaranteed for 12 months. If there is a manufacturing defect we will be happy to take a look at your jewelry to determine the cause and replace or re-make it if necessary. Items adjusted by a person or company other than Metalicious will void this guarantee.
Shipping: All jewelry is handcrafted in NYC and will take 3-5 weeks, we do have some items (most necklaces and earrings) that are ready to ship but if you are unsure please contact us before you place your order to see how soon your item will ship.
EU CUSTOMERS: if VAT is not paid to Metalicious or at checkout, these added costs may exceed the merchandise’s value. Please provide your phone number at check out.
Please note, we do not ship jewelry to Russia as it is prohibited by law.
PACKAGING: All orders are ready for gifting. Every Metalicious piece of jewelry comes in a customized gift box tied with a bow.
For domestic orders, we proudly offer free shipping on all orders. This is standard USPS mail, includes tracking and signature confirmation, and can take 7-10 days to reach you.
For international orders, shipping will be via USPS regular mail and it can take up to 4 weeks to reach you. There is no tracking and we cannot control nor are we responsible for how long it will take to get through customs or if it gets lost. Metalicious is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Metalicious is not responsible for paying additional taxes or tariffs imposed by customs.
There are no returns or cancellations on all custom orders, rings ordered in your size, or any custom engraved items. We can re-size rings for a fee. For all ready-to-ship jewelry, we are happy to offer you an exchange or refund within 28 days of purchase. Jewelry must be returned to us in perfect condition and in the original packaging in order for us to process an exchange or refund.
